Individual Coaching Sessions

Service Description

These one hour private sessions can be held over the phone, via zoom or possibly during a Grief Walk at a local park by mutual agreement. During these sessions I will listen, hold supportive space for you and your grief, and help you to work towards finding meaning in your loss.
